Optical Properties of the Dielectric Coating Manufactured by an Additive Method
Статья в журнале
The possibility of manufacturing a thermal control coating has been studied, and the method of its deposition from PD-12 dielectric paste using a Voltera V-One printer has been considered. The morphology, surface roughness, phase structure, diffusion reflection spectra in the range of 200–2500 nm, integral sunlight absorbance, and IR spectra in the range of 400–4000 cm–1 of the coating are investigated. It is established that the proposed method of paste deposition using the printer with its subsequent heating and burning into a substrate allows manufacturing of thermal control dielectric coatings with the reflectance close to that of the well-known coatings of the optical solar absorber class. The results obtained can be used in other fields of science and technology.
