The main tasks of any enterprise today is to improve product quality and competent production planning, which will allow the products to be given exactly day a day and find reserves to reduce delivery time. The methodology for evaluating the performance analysis of all areas of the Organization was chosen by PPRT (the practical program of revolutionary transformations in the enterprise), which made it possible to conduct a self-esteem of the organization, so important in the conditions of a pandemic to strengthen its position in the sales markets.
