Inkjet-Printed Filament for LED Bulbs

In the method of inkjet printing made wiring circuit filament LED element designed for use in LED lamps1. The possibility of connecting the electrical leads of the crystal with the printed conductor by ultrasonic welding, the possibility of electrical connection of the printed conductor with the metal tip of the base was confirmed. The value of the transitional resistance of the printed conductor is the metal contact of the base (1.328 ± 0.028Ω). The results of the work may be useful to developers of the design and technology of filament LED lamps.
