Quantitative measurement system of liquid products in sealed tank

The article presents the quantitative accounting of liquid products, allowing you to testing the liquids saturated with carbon dioxide. The necessity of using two different types of control methods – manometric and acoustic – is shown. Method of acoustic signals processing is described. This method is based on an approximation of the echo signal envelope at the positive and negative extrema by means of polynomials of the second and the third degree with next point determination of intersection of these envelopes. The efficiency and application of both polynomials are shown in order to determine the time coordinates of the echo signal start time and the reason of the second-degree polynomial use. The system allows to carry out the quantitative measurement of liquid products in 6 tanks simultaneously.
